Habitat Boutique Hotel embodies a true commitment to sustainability, transforming every decision into a tangible gesture of respect for the environment.
The building is powered by an 80kW photovoltaic system and features high-efficiency air treatment systems that significantly reduce energy consumption.
It has been redeveloped with eco-efficient criteria: LED lighting, advanced thermal insulation, and smart systems for access control and temperature regulation.
Internal management also follows a sustainable logic: digital stationery instead of paper, organic courtesy lines, Eco Label-certified cleaning products, and in-room Sicilian specialties in eco-friendly packaging.
Plastic reduction, recycling, composting, and the use of local ingredients are part of everyday practices.
Rooms are furnished with stone, wood, iron, and cotton, enriched with plants and an herb garden that provides fresh ingredients to the hotel kitchen.
The building was renovated following energy efficiency criteria, with LED lighting, thermal insulation and smart systems for energy control. Furnishings are made of natural materials such as wood, cotton, stone and iron, while the digitalisation of in-room services has drastically reduced the use of paper.

The restaurant uses seasonal ingredients and local recipes, filtered water, and minimizes food waste, even creatively repurposing scraps.
The internal bottega offers a curated selection of food products, organic cosmetics, and low-impact objects crafted by Sicilian artisans and small producers.
Caring for the land also means valuing people: staff are hired and trained locally, with professional development opportunities and trusted partnerships with suppliers and collaborators.
Habitat also promotes local culture through events and initiatives that tell the story of the city, its traditions, and its vibrant energy.
