Vinarolo returns on October 12th in the heart of Habitat for its second edition: an event that celebrates wine, conviviality, and good food.
In the urban courtyard of Habitat Boutique Hotel, we will welcome three international winemakers who have chosen Mount Etna as the place to cultivate and vinify, bringing with them their stories and their glasses. This gathering is dedicated to them and to the bold choices that have led them to our island. Alongside their wines, Chef Bianca Celano will curate a menu designed to enhance the flavors and turn the day into an unforgettable experience.

Vino di Anna
Anna Martens and Eric Narioo
It all began in 2010, when Anna and Eric purchased a small vineyard with an old palmento in the northern slopes of Mount Etna. Today, they hand-cultivate 8 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. In the cellar, intervention is minimal: indigenous yeasts, ambient temperature, no additives. Their aim is to create wines that are delicious, expressive, and true to their origin.

Ginger Ringer and Romain Cole
After a life in Paris, Ginger and Romain fell in love with a small plot of land on Etna’s western slope, where they decided to settle. Their “garden” is full of fruit trees and century-old vineyards. Here, everything is still done by hand, and it is where their wines come to life.
Luca Bambara
Originally from Montreal, Luca arrived in Sicily at 22 and decided to stay permanently to produce his wines. The grapes he uses, 100% organic, come from vineyards he collaborates with in the Pachino and Trapani areas. Luca’s philosophy drives him to continuously reduce the concentration of sulfites year after year and to respect, as much as possible, the soul of each grape variety he works with.
